Within the baby room routine there is consideration for adult led activities, experiences and opportunities. However, to be truly responsive to the needs of individuals, we have a very flexible approach that allows staff to plan at the appropriate time for the appropriate children. The routine and the environment provide opportunities for the children to meet all seven areas of the EYFS. The children can access all resources and make independent choices with regard to their learning and development. Staff will observe the children thus allowing them to enhance and build on the child’s current learning and development.
